Color Swap....
I just wanted to let you all know that the person I emailed you with is NOT the same person who will be sending you a package!! I am SO sorry if you all thought it was like that & I should have said that in the first post. I thought it would be fun to mix it up a bit just because so many girlies wrote me letting me know who they had in previous swaps so I really wanted to make sure each girl has someone they haven't done a swap with before~ Don't worry though, All those who signed up are AWESOME~ Really! From the Emails I'm getting, everyone is having a blast finding items for their swapee. I just wanted to clarify it~ So if I wrote "Sue" and said her swap partner was "Mary". I survived Charley
Sad. More like devastated. Why lie. Hurricane Charley here in Fl kicked this towns a** & then some. As if this town isn't poverty stricken enough, a hurricane/tornado comes through here & finishes us off. I feel for the HUNDREDS & HUNDREDS who lost their home and vehicles and businesses, etc. I myself lost my home that I so much loved & put so much bloody time into! Argh. Oh well, overall I'm glad I am alive, safe, well and hubby is okay & family too. It could have been worse. I stayed in my home for the first part until the house literally started to sway back & forth and the windows smashed in. I ran down into my office/storage area and watched as Charley demolished my roof on the storage. We ran the opposite way in the storage area and huddled into the corner. Our ankles now covered by water. I have no shame in my game, I prayed & prayed. I just did not want to be taken out like that. Sorry. It lasted for almost 3 hours. Yes, 3 hours of a nightmare as I see it. Windows breaking, 350 feet of sheet metal/aluminum (?) banging so loudly. That alone was making me insane to have it stop. Water pouring into the office every which way & atop no electricity. Black as can be. I never want to go through that again. Seeing the aftermath I question myself about making the right decision to moving to Fla, but things could have happened anywhere. When I lived in NY, we got the Gawd awful snow storms which were hell to live through. Its tough. Living out of a tent, taking showers @ City Hall and standing in line for ice, water & food. Im there with the hundreds of others who are in that unfortunate situation. Its going to very hard building back this place as in Lake Wales as a whole. This is by no means a rich community. So lets just take the time to appreciate what we have now-today. You never know what will happen & You cant fight Mother nature, thats for sure. *Sigh* Well, I guess Im dont venting. Still deeply troubled by it all. Just know things will get better with time. If anyone else here was affected, my heart & prayers go out to you all!!!! WHOA! I haven't posted since Aug. 2003...Oh Maw Gawd! Awww, well time to get my butt in gear! Ok just a little of what is going on- *I inherited a Storage business *I work WAY TOO MUCH *I have NO life due to this storage business *I can't decide on what color to dye my hair, in the last year its changed 14 times. Any suggestions? =) *Still addicted to online buying & Dollar Stores (Just recently found out, I spent $3200 since Jan. 1st, 2004 on Auctions, or online buying. Sad! Miserbale! Pissed Off! Sad...
Miserable! One it's filthy HOT out! Bugs galore out here in the Central Florida country!!! My Sister's boyfriend was mugged last night in Orlando at 9:30 PM By 6 black guys! =( Stole his cell phone, $130.00 and entire wallet!Oh,and beat the ever living shit out of him!! Broke nose, busted lip, bruises, cuts, stiches to the head, possible sprain to arm and can't move neck hardly! The Poor guy!! Ugh, I feel so bad for him. My sister and him are not well off by any means, quite frankly they don't have a pot to piss in or a window to through it out of and this happens?!! Man, he & my sister have 4 children to take care of besides themselves!! He was in Orlando finishing a job & going to his Co-Workers house to get his tools for the next day and these LOW Life pieces of SHIT do this to him?! Why so they can go get their hit of crack?! I hope they FUCKING O.D on it & all drop DEAD!!!! I'm Livid! 6 guys against a 5"8, 150 (If that) guy minding his own business?! He had NO way to defend himself! What is he supposed to do now?! That was ALL the $$$ they have until NEXT WEEK's paycheck! The cops told him there was nothing more they could do other then file a police report!! The poor guy even tried to work this afternoon! His boss FORCED him off the job he was in such horrible shape! Family & I are coming together to see what we can do. Their rent is due, school just started the kids need SO much, all the misc. bills are due! What the Fuck?!! I've got an extra cell phone Im giving him. In other news, I MUST STOP looking at these auction/buying sites!!! Every time I read someone's post here or over at Goth, I find a new clothing, shoe, boot, accessory store! A new auction site! It's gotten out of hand I'm afraid. Currently, I have numerous auctions (bids) on Goth, Some on Gothic Auctions, A few on The Eek Bay, Some on Laundro, a couple on Yahoo Auctions (Amazing I find anything there). Then I read someone's post in here a couple days ago that led me to the VelvertGarden.com and purchased 2 items. Tonight I read Vixens&Angels and am already beginning to browse. I was told about Torrid & the deals you can get from their site. Naturally I browsed and found myself $43.28 poorer. Someone told me about the Dollarstore Warehouse site and everything is like $. 50 and you buy things in bulk for cheap and God only knows how much loot I've dropped there! OMG! MUST STOP!!! Out of control, Out of hand. More devastatingly, out of the pocket book! Larry Flynt Sued Over Sex Toys in Dishwasher LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Hustler magazine publisher and would-be California governor Larry Flynt has been sued for sexual harassment by a former employee who claims she found sex toys in the company dishwasher. Elizabeth Rene Raymond, a former executive assistant to two top officers of Flynt's company, Larry Flynt Publications Inc., sued for sexual harassment and wrongful dismissal from her job on Monday, the same day as Flynt announced he was running in California's October gubernatorial recall election under the slogan "a smut peddler who cares." Raymond, who was fired from her job a year ago, claims that Flynt fostered a hostile work environment. She said in the lawsuit she had found sex toys in the company dishwasher that were "used on the prostitutes who visited his office." Raymond was dismissed shortly after complaining to her supervisors. Flynt Publications did not immediately return calls for comment on the lawsuit. Flynt, 61, told a news conference on Monday he planned to run in the October ballot to unseat California Gov.
